After you fill out this form, I will contact you to go over details and availability before the appointment is made. All appointments require a $50 deposit to book that will go towards your total. I am looking forward to hearing your ideas!

If inquiring about a tattoo, please include the following information:

1. description of your idea with 3-5 reference photos

2. size in inches 3. placement

I may take a few days to respond. Thank you for being patient with me. If you're needing a last minute request feel free to message me a few times so your message is at the top of the list.

$50 deposit required to book. deposit can be sent through

CashApp - $CarsonMccullers or Venmo - @Carson-Mccullers-1

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule you must give me a 24 hour notice.

If you reschedule twice you will lose your deposit.
